Pro Montes Prize
Competition for the retention and promotion of workplaces in remote mountainous areas
The “Pro-Montes Prize” project awards initiatives and ideas that provide an incentive for people to live within the peripheral areas of the mountainous regions – especially in the mountain sports sector. The competition is aimed at individuals as well as private or public bodies. Winners are presented with commendation and support awards at two-yearly intervals.
